Seriously, I remember doing daily asbestos monitoring and clearance inspection runs to the smelters from Adelaide to Port Pirie 25 years ago for asbestos removals works, sometimes overnight depending on the job, some things they never learn from….. back then Port Pirie smelters were pretty god at handling their asbestos issues. However the problem in big companies is that the guys who know about it are now retiring or have retired and each generation of managers has to re-learn the mistakes made previously.
